This is a replica 18th Century waistcoat made in almost exactly the same materials used to make the one in your favorite movie. It is the ONLY vest available, bar NONE that includes the following:
The fabric content of the front is slate blue/grey
highest possible quality medium weight, coarsely woven, 100% Italian linen material. This stuff is expensive but worth every penny!
The back is a murky blend of linen with *woven* (not printed) stripes, olive grey, looks *exactly* like the one in the movie!.
The entire vest is lined in a 100% cotton fabric, medium weight twill in tan.
There are 18 hand-sewn silver buttons. New and spectacularly improved silver button seen to the right. Top quality, great detail~!
***If you want the EXACT SAME SILVERSMITH buttons used in your favorite movie, you can purchase them on my website seperately. You will need to change them yourself. Sorry.*** Vest also includes 18 (yes, each pocket now has buttonholes and functional buttoning pocket flaps), straight sided pocket flaps with functional pockets and laces in the back with tabs of same fabric, 6 sewn buttonholes and leather type lacing. If there is someone offering a vest with all of these features... they are copying me.
